Hi, I am Alexandra Merisoiu, Founder and Coach at UWF and International Athlete in Karate Shotokan, and I am here to support and guide you through the journey of creating an extraordinary life.

The 3 months Virtual Coaching program is focused on creating a lifestyle based on your existing lifestyle.

Thus causing the least amount of disturbances in your life, so habits such as workouts and nutrition become so easy to implement that even you cannot say you don’t have time.

You will know what causes your pain, how to solve it and how to keep it away.

 

So what can we do on-line you ask?

More than you can think. In terms of exercising I have a huge library of Tai Chi based movements and sequences, breathing exercises to increase cardiovascular capacity, posture to get rid of aches and pains in your neck, shoulders and back, nutrition, healthy habits and much more.

We also practice meditation and mindfulness techniques developed by myself after years and years of practicing Martial Arts and other sports.

All of them have the power to transform the way you live your life and fill it with vitality and energy. You get to know your body, to feel it and listen to it. You will understand how it functions and what it needs to thrive.

You will also learn how to put everything into action without overwhelming or creating huge disturbance in your life. We will make small, simple and consistent transformations in certain areas of your life which will create ripples in other areas of your life.

If you start tackling things at the root cause then everything else may take longer but it will be for good.

It’s in the details that you’ll find health, calmness and the power to thrive.
