Begin your day with an outdoors 1h30-2h Natural Movement & Mindfulness training session
Measurements and goals setting
Trip to health store
Training plan fit for you, created together by you and Alexandra based on your lifestyle, routine, likes, dislikes and your personality
Massage therapy session
A health & fitness system that will make everything easy to understand and apply moving forward
End your day with a outdoors session based on Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi elements
